Big shoes...little shoes....

I was sort of at a loss as to what to knit over the weekend, I knew we were popping in and out so I wanted to be making something that was quick, fun and easy...well this fibertrends pattern completely fitted the bill. I don't think I will ever get fed up with it, the fun is endless. I knitted the green shoes whilst Barry was doing his stuff at the airshow. See the size of the unfelted green shoes against the ball of yarn and then the three pairs against the yarn after felting? I had to knit enough to make it worthwhile putting in the washing machine..oh and never ever do what I did and use towels instead of jeans to do the pummelling, you get little bits of towelly fluff stuck all over the tiny shoes which you have to pick and pick and pick and pick at!! Grrrr...I got the ribbon in our village Post Office, its not all stamps and car tax in there you know!

What cute shoes! I'd love to knit something like those for my granddaughter. What pattern are they? Maybe I should just play around and see what I come up with...

You have the most creative ways of presenting your pictures!
