After many months, my prize from Nicolette arrived. The package got sent back to Nicolette and then it arrived last week just three days after it was posted for the second time! Her work is so neat and beautiful. Last year, Nicolette made a stunning quilt in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness. We were asked if we knew anyone who had suffered this disease. I nominated my friend and although we didn't win the quilt, we won this runners up prize. I love my little bird and heart and I will find a special home for them in my bedroom. The sock wool is so pretty, just my colours, clever you, and I have to say that that is an empty chocolate wrapper I am showing you, the contents were delicious, thank you! I will be sending on the gift for my friend along with her invitation to our wedding.....Nicolette, you are so talented!~*~
progress has been made....I have printed, glued, cut, folded, tied and applied!
I have decorated the envelopes for the reply slips....
I have assembled and ticked off the list and now Barry is going to stuff the envelopes. I have a few more to make and then they can be posted, Hurrah! Another job done!....phew!
