OUCH!!!

Barry spent last week in Germany, he enjoyed the whole week, even though he was on course. I missed my man immensely but as you can see from the post below, I was kept very busy sewing and snuggling little people.

On the last day Barry twisted his ankle badly on an uneven curb, he fell aswell, poor thing...

It shakes you up when you fall as an adult.....
We have been administering pain killers and arnica tablets and have kept it bandaged, the swelling has gone down loads in this photo which I took this morning although he has just informed me that he has taken his shoes off at work.

I must give Barry a pedicure when his ankle is better, poor dried out old feet!

It's a really good bruise isn't it? LOL

Oh poor Barry!!
I can sympathise, I fell down the stairs in August and did a lot of damage to both my feet. It hurt like h***. However as it was both feet I could not move around so had to sit and knit all day. The irony? - when I fell I was rushing to pick up my knitting before a long train journey!

Hope he gets better soon!

YIKES! That looks very painful. Has he had it x-rayed to make sure it's not broken? I once knew someone who walked on their bruised foot for a week before finding out it was actually broken.
