A Weekend in London

What a fab time we had!

We left a bit later than we planned on the Saturday, so not too much sight seeing was done but a lovely Italian meal was had in Kensington....yummy...and so delicious! Was just as if we were in Italy! A leisurely time in the restaurant then back to the very posh Hotel to get changed to go to see Les Miserables at the Queen's Theatre. Wowee!! It was just as wonderful third time round! Barry hadn't seen the show before so we watched a DVD of the film version before we went to get the story in our heads. I don't know about you, but sometimes, shows can be a bit flitty and hard to follow....we enjoyed everything about this clever production and are still bursting out with songs from it, especially when in the shower!

Then it was Sunday!
I was so excited to be going here....
you can see a slide show of some of the photos that Barry took over the weekend....see that lady in the black waistcoat...she's buying far too much you know!

She'll show you her stuff later but for now click here to view the slide show!

Thank you Barry, for making the weekend so happy...you really are a star! xxx

Wasn't it great there?! Loved the slide show - that picture of the light shining through the leaves is just stunning.
