A year ago.....

.....I was doing this

Seems it's the right time of year to do it again! We managed to get out on Sunday and pick some Elderflowers. Today I am going to strain and bottle the cordial. I used this recipe. Love the tiny flowers in the photo.....
Anothe FO! The yarn is Regia Silk Color, shade 0186. The fit is superb, the yarn has a lovely weight to it. The stripes do match, it's just the person wot is wearing them that has the problem!! I used the toe up recipe I used for my Have a Heart Socks
I love the easy simplicity of these socks, they could become a favorite....the yarn did the work for me!

Zeebee is finished and on his way to his recipient...hope it fits!
The shaping is ingenious and I'll be using this pattern again.
There are some very clever people out there, so glad I found you!!

Very cool Zeebee -- it turned out great. And those socks are wonderful (love the pink and blue) -- how do you manage to get so many socks done? You're a WonderWoman!!!

I had never heard of elderflower cordial! Does it taste bitter?

I LOVE elderflower cordial - so refreshing! Unfortunately I haven't managed to find any trees on our land so far, so missed out this year. I think I'll have to go trawling the hedgerows next year, it is so delicious.

Love the socks!
